Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a non-invasive relaxing treatment which stimulates the lymphatic system to work harder.
This speeds up the removal of excess fluid and waste products. MLD improves circulation, reduces swelling and inflammation and can therefore help conditions such as, bloating, fluid retention, PMS, some menopause symptoms, Arthritis, post op surgery (such as knee replacement), pregnancy related fluid retention (if pregnancy is uncomplicated) and ankle swelling related to travelling (compression socks are advised).

2) Initial appointment to assess Lymphoedema or Lipoedema plus Manual Lymphatic drainage (MLD) 90mins cost £150.
This appointment consists of a comprehensive assessment including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, compression, advice on self care techniques to manage the condition followed by MLD bespoke to your needs.
3) Initial assessment post cosmetic surgery. 90mins cost £150. This appointment consists of a comprehensive assessment including medical and surgical history, physical examination, advice on self care techniques to promote healing followed by MLD bespoke to your needs.
4) Initial appointment Manual Lymphatic drainage for general health. 75mins cost £100 This appointment consists of a consultation including medical history and your goals of treatment to ensure your treatment is bespoke to your needs.
5) Follow up Manual Lymphatic drainage body 60mins cost £90
6) Follow up Manual Lymphatic drainage face 45mins cost £70
